Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

 a: Shopping at amourabsolu.com is safe. We use Stripe to process all orders.

Trusted - Thousands of small and large companies use Stripe to power commerce for their business.

Certified PCI level 1 - Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification.

Q: When will my credit card be charged for my order?

a: Amour Absolu charges your card for the full amount when the order is placed. 

Q: What is the status of my order?

a: Custom pieces will ship within 6 weeks. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2 PM MST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 2 PM MST will be processed the next business day. 

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?

a: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your UPS tracking details for domestic orders. 

Q: Do you offer rush orders?

a: Please use the contact form at the bottom of the homepage to request a rush order.  List the piece you’d like while specifying all customizations (metal color, number of diamonds, finish, etc) and an Amour Absolu customer service representative will promptly reply with an estimate as to how promptly your custom order can be created and shipped. Note: there will be an up-charge for confirmed rush orders to be paid in full at time of order.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

a: Yes, we ship DHL, USPS, and or UPS internationally.  Shipping time depends on the carrier and final destination, usually taking between 7-20 business days for ground and 3-5 business days for expedited shipments. During checkout, the option will appear to select international shipping. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are assessed once a shipment reaches your country. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you; Amour Absolu has no control over these charges. If you refuse a shipment from Amour Absolu, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?

a: For an additional $25.00 your order can be shipped overnight via UPS once your custom piece is finished. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

a: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for all orders.

Q: Can I return or exchange my custom piece?

a: We are confident you will be happy with your purchase from Amour Absolu jewelry. Due to the nature of custom pieces - cancellations, changes, or returns are not allowed. All pieces are custom and therefore final sale. If your custom piece arrives defective please contact customer service via email at info@amourabsolu.com.

Q: Can you ship to a PO Box?

a: Amour Absolu does not ship to PO boxes. PO box addresses are allowed for billing purposes only, but orders must be shipped to a standard address.

Q: Is it possible to have my necklace made with a different chain length or ring made in a size not listed on the site?

a: Yes. Please use the Contact form at the bottom of the home page to request a different chain length or ring size and an Amour Absolu customer service representative will promptly reply. Please be aware that there will be an up-charge for added chain length that will be determined based on how many extra inches are added.

Q: Is it possible to have multiple lines of diamonds on the Bar Pendant?

A: Yes. The signature bar pendant can hold up to 3 rows of diamonds. Please use the Contact form at the bottom of the home page to inquire about a custom order with several rows and an Amour Absolu customer service representative will promptly reply.
